Jurisdiction. You are responsible for determining whether your access to and use of the th444 platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. One Account Per Player. Each individual may hold only one (1) th444 account. Account Security. Notification of Unauthorised Access. You must notify th444 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party or that your login credentials have been compromised.
Account Activity. th444 accounts that remain inactive — defined as no login activity and no open balance — for a continuous period of twelve (12) months may be classified as dormant. th444 will notify you before applying any dormancy policy. Accounts with a positive balance will not be closed without advance notice and the opportunity for withdrawal.
Deposits. th444 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BDO Online Banking, BPI Online, Metrobank Online, and USDT (TRC-20 and ERC-20 networks). The minimum deposit is ₱100 or the equivalent in USDT. Deposits are credited to your th444 account in Philippine Peso. Cryptocurrency deposits are converted at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of crediting.
Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are processed to your registered payment method. th444 does not transfer funds to payment methods not registered to your verified account. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500. Standard GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are processed within thirty (30) minutes. Bank transfers (BDO, BPI, Metrobank) are processed within twenty-four (24) hours on banking days.
KYC Verification. th444 is required to verify your identity before processing withdrawals above specified thresholds in compliance with Philippine anti-money laundering regulations. Failure to complete identity verification will result in a hold on your withdrawal request until verification is completed.

Malfunction Policy. In the event of a technical malfunction, game error, or interruption affecting a game in progress, th444 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to players. th444 shall have no further liability to players in respect of a genuine technical malfunction. RNG Certification. th444 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming opportunities, arising from:

th444 may be required to disclose player information to PAGCOR, the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC), or other Philippine government authorities where required by law. Such disclosure does not constitute a breach of our Privacy Policy.
th444 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account, with immediate effect and without prior notice, in the event of a breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, suspected money laundering, suspected underage gambling, or at th444's reasonable discretion where continued operation of your account poses a regulatory or operational risk.
Upon termination for cause, any bonus balances and promotional credits will be forfeited. Real-money balances will be returned to you subject to completed KYC verification and satisfaction of any applicable outstanding wagering requirements on non-bonus real-money funds.
